These terms govern your use of setnovaadvisory.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They are deliberately brief, because the site is informational and asks nothing of you.

What this site is

This site describes Setnova Advisory LLC and the kind of work it does. It is provided for general information. It is not a contract, an offer to provide services, or a substitute for an engagement letter. Any actual engagement is governed solely by a written agreement signed by both parties, and nothing on this site changes that agreement.

What this site is not

Setnova Advisory LLC is not an investment adviser and is not registered as one under Washington or federal law. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, an opinion about the value of any security or the advisability of investing in it, or a solicitation of any kind. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or accounting advice. Illustrative figures, sample reports, and example institutions on this site are hypothetical unless expressly stated otherwise, and should not be relied on as a description of any real institution.

Setnova Advisory LLC does not offer, solicit, or facilitate any investment product, and nothing on this site should be read as doing so.

No client relationship

Reading this site, or emailing Setnova Advisory, does not create a client, adviser, or fiduciary relationship. Please do not send confidential institutional data by email or through the contact form before an engagement letter and the appropriate confidentiality terms are in place.

Using the site

You may view, print, and share pages from this site for your own information. You may not copy the site's text, design, or images for commercial use, present them as your own, use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, or attempt to interfere with the site or the systems that serve it. The Setnova Advisory name and mark, and the text and design of this site, belong to Setnova Advisory LLC.

The Treasury Desk demonstration

The Treasury Desk demonstration on this site is provided so that you can see how the Desk works. It runs on an invented sample bank, and its pages were computed by the Desk in advance and recorded. The Desk software, its code, text, design, layout and outputs belong to Setnova Advisory LLC and are protected by copyright.

You may use the demonstration in your browser to evaluate the Desk. You may not copy, download for redistribution, modify, reverse engineer or decompile it, create derivative works from it, or use it or its outputs to build, train or benchmark any product, service or model, without Setnova Advisory’s written permission. An institution that licenses the Desk does so under a signed engagement letter, and that letter governs its use.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. Setnova Advisory tries to keep it accurate and current but makes no promise that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted, and may change or remove any part of it at any time without notice. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top changes when they are, and the version at this address is the one that applies.
